The article illustrates how culture and health, as a field of enquiry and practice, is organized conceptually in Sweden while giving some examples of research. The author begins a general discussion of the situation in Sweden and the UK and considers the importance of using a multidisciplinary approach in advancing the fields of research and practice in “Culture and Health”.
